Gotta love leftovers ...

AHAHA so this new apartment we have is very hard to explain! I wouldn't say that its a dump ... but it has characteur... lots and lots of characteur! So we have recently discovered that the old tenants smoked... everytime we vacume we can over taken by the raunchy smell of old stale cigarettes... its a very unattractive quality in your living space!

Christies room happens to be the worst of the whole house (bwahaha ... serves her right for drawing the big room out of the bowl!). She has come to the conclusion that after the couple that lived here had sweaty, hot, kinky, stinky sex, they would smoke and let their small dog shit all over the floor... hence why her room always stinks!

oh man... that is just one of the purks. Another is the small infestation of mini spiders... The bugs like to follow Jenny. Our floors, doors, walls and windows are all slanted and the windows and doors dont reallt close properly... hehe its a very safe place... I swear!

I think the selling factor is the floor to ceiling pink, green and white tile... its so... classy!

HAHA ...

oh and just so you know... if you have ever been out drinking with us... chances are you have made it on to our soon-to-be-famous wall of fame!

Right now I am sitting on my deck, drinking beer and eating cheesecake... my dads pick for dinner! HAHA.. its awesome. Well since my last blog I have not been doing a lot, I am slightly more busy as I am picking up more shifts at Tony Romas! I am bored to death at work... ahh this stupid data entry sucks a great deal.... 4 more days Kenzi!! This firday I am headed camping with Jenny on our Annual Camping trip, but I have to work sat, sun, mon so I am only going up for fri night.... kinda sucks cause the weather was suposed to rock this weekend... 32 degress!! Woot.

I got pictures of Iris Arabella from Yoan and Allison... shes way too cute!! I will upload some soon so that you can all awww at her..but my thing is being gay right now!

19 days until Craigory comes out.. woot... I miss that boy!

Updates!

Hey Everyone,

Well I have to apologize for lacking in the communication since I got home. I can't really say I have been super busy... actually I was so bored I took on more jobs!! But Anywho I am going to try to email everyone once and awhile, while I am home for the summer!

So far I have not done alot except work! I went to a huge used book sale at a farmers market with Jenny and Jamie, and I saw the movie The Breakup. Other then that I have visited Ben-Jamin, Jason, Steve, of course Jenny (we are attched at the right nipple), Jamie, saw some people that I havent seen since high school (didnt mention names because they wernt important then, and have remained that way), Jenna, and I think thats about it so far. I am trying to lay low this summer to help save funds! I want to have money this year when I go back to school!

I am super excited for July 15th, because my sper cute boyfriend, Craig, is comming out to see me and the west for a week! I have a busy week planned, as there is alot to see and we opnly have 7 days! Yes, unfortunatly I am subjecting him to my parents, and for those who have met them you can just imagine the intersting things that will happen! Hopefully it doesnt involve too much alcohol consumption or dad will bust some pelic thrusts out and my mom will talk about her deep love for Rod Stewart! oh dear :S

This weekend I am helping my sister with her English 30 project... HAHAHA I so dont miss high school... so gay! Oh and once I get pictures from her grd I will post them... damn she looked beautiful!

YAY I survived my 2nd Year of University!! Woot! Well my marks were less then stellar...they have definitly taken a slide from first year.. no more A's, and mostly C's. But atleast I am done for another 4 months.

I started back to work on wed am.. I got back Tues night, so I was a bit bagged by the time friday came around! I lived out of my suitcase for 3 days.. that was fun! OOO we got moved into our apartment, and I will spare everyone the details... lets just leave it at the toilets were black!

So far work is going alright, it was stressfull the first few days because alot of the processes have changed( and they didnt tell me about the changes!), but everyone assumed that since I have been working here for 3 years that I could just do everything perfectly... so that was interesting.. I almost cried my 2nd day!

My weekends have been super boring, I have been doing alot of nothing ... since well I only have one friend in Calgary.. and that would be Jenny! I am definitly missing my friends in Ottawa... and I am going to be staying in Ottawa next summer... cause clearly a summer of seclusion with my parents will probably result in homicide or possibly suicide... both of which I would like to avoid!

Heres a list of things I have learned to far:
- ALWAYS wear a mask when utilizing Easy-Off Oven cleaner
- Never wear a skirt when filing on high shelves
- wear gloves and armor when dealing with potential hazzards for paper cuts
- don't hang out with people you havent seen in 3 years.. there's usually a reason
- and there is no such thing as too much hand sanitizer

Patho sucks my balls

So I havent posted in like decades.. but that was because I was studying my ass off for my pathophysiology exam.. ya pretty much the worst course I have taken this far in my university career. So the weekend before the final I studied 9 hours both sat and sun and 7 hours mon and the week before I studied atleast 5 hours every day for it.. and well I wrote it monday and failed it.. I know of one answer out of 70 that I got right.. other then that I am pretty much screwed... not cool. Not only did I almost cry before, during and after that test, but i was so depressed I didnt get out of bed for 2 days... well not that bad.. i did go to bed after the exam and did not rise till the next day! I have 2 exams left Psych on thurs from 7-10 and Nursing on Fri from 9:30-12:30. Then I am done for the summer!! woot... Craigory comes on friday ... I am so excited.. but it will be sad because I wont see him again unitll July 14... when he travels to calgary for a vacation! Lucky him... vacationing with the Follett's... apparently jenny did not warn him about my family :S

Well I should go make cookies.. yess... courtney is becoming domesticated... EKKK

ahh the sister

YAY so my little sister came out friday for a wee visit!! mang she brought me some awesome gifts. Shes so cute.. I got a care package with a pot pie, 2 shirts, a skirt, birth control pills (want to avoid poppin out babies), cheques, a beautiful skirt, and a cd... woot!

We went to dinner... mmm vietnamese... and gellato! Then we saw Failure to launch.. very funny movie.. and cute! Then sat was a shopping day!! we did alright... got most of the grad accessories and at a pretty decent price!

Steph received her very first marriage proposal and saw some serious street vomit.. all classic finds in downtown Ottawa!

Then we hit up christies for what was suposed to be a girls only porn party.. beer, boxers and beaters, porn and junk food.. but since we are all chicken shit and didnt want to open a porn account (incase it comes back to haunt us in the presedential elections year 2056) so we opted out for some classic chick flicks... we had your Say anything, Cider house rules, city of angels and three men and a baby.. all awesome... the party was suposed to end with sixteen candels... but i had to get the minor home to bed! poor little gaffer!

I got a cute call from a certain bf of mine... haha i love his drunk calls!! He gets very talkative and open its pretty humerous!! I miss him lots.... but his phone calls in an intoxicated state are defintly wonderful and make up for it!!!

well I am going to stay up and talk to drunken aj on msn.. man this kid is histerical.. AJ when i get back to calgary i am sending you out to get hammered and then msg me all night on msn.. your ridiculous... bring garbs too!

T minus 2 days!!

So YAY its almost St. Patties day!! The best day of the entire school year... I love that no matter what day it lands on practically every single person in Ottawa hulls their asses to the bar! Makes it often difficult to get in, so we have to go early, which just means we get additional drinking time and an excuse to go to the bar at noon without labels! Last year Christie ( my hot future roomate) and I created a new tradition, party before going to the bar, party at the bar and of course continue it all night, no sleeping allowed, and head out for a yummy breakfast in the am!! Its a very awesome tradition except that last year we were in res, and well the breakfast al algonquin college sucks balls... big hairy monkey ones.. I am not a fan of fake eggs! This year we vowed to go to F & S ( clearly the best, cheapest breakfast on the planet). I believe its party at christies ... poker and drinking... then headed to on tap .. ughhhh.. then back to christies.. then breakfast.. then start my essay!! Now I hate on tap... mostly cause its usually packed whenever I go, the ppl there are bubble invaders (like every other bar), there is no where to escape the crowd and the bathroom always smells like puke... not sure if its cause the patrons cant hold their liquor or if there is extremely bad air circulation.. either way pee breaks are less then pleasent... but I do hear that the beer is only 2 bucks and we have a hot nurse Nikki working the tubs.. so honestly.. whats not to enjoy! Hopefully the night goes as planned and p to the s if anyone passes out.. expect consequences.. go hard or go home ppl!
